Public Bib Draw and Procession – The Village at Mammoth 3:30pm-4:30pm
Join us Thursday afternoon for a parade of athletes in the middle of the Village. The public bib draw will take place on the Village stage.
Hyde Lounge Welcome Party - 4:30pm-6:00pm
Directly following the public bib draw we will have a welcome party for coaches and athletes at Hyde Lounge in the Village. Music, Videos & Snacks will be provided. Parents can join the fun for $15.

Awards Party –
Like, totally Dress in 80’s attire. 5pm-830pm
Awards will be presented on Sunday evening at McCoy station with an 80’s theme party! Dinner, photos and a DJ will help you get totally tubular. The Gondola will be running for the event.
